Your time is important
to us! Your appointment
is reserved solely for
you, we do not double
book appointments.
Therefore, 24-hour
notice is required to
change or cancel your
appointment. A $40
cancellation fee will be
assessed for all
appointments changed or
cancelled within 24
hours. No shows will be
assessed a $40 no show
fee, and all future
appointments will
require a credit card
deposit of 50% of the
service fee at the time
the appointment is
booked. Insurance
companies will not be
charged cancellation or
no show fees, these fees
are the sole
responsibility of the
patient. All future
appointments will be
suspended until these
fees are paid in full.
Insurance co-pays are
due at the time of
service (or at the end
of your massage).
Co-pays are not the same
as deductibles, please
be sure you understand
your insurance company's
policies regarding
co-pays and
co-insurance.
We are happy to provide
billing to your
insurance company for
you, however, not all
plans cover massage
therapy. Please check
your plan before you
schedule your massage.
Every effort will be
made to coordinate
benefits and payment
from your insurance
provider, but you are
responsible for any
portion of your massage
not covered by your
insurance. This amount
will be due within 30
days of invoice. If
payment is not received,
all future appointments
will be suspended until
your account is paid in
full.
